Salt is the most widely used de-icing agent in North America for several reasons: it is easy to handle, store and is inexpensive to purchase. This de-icing agent is effective for temperatures down to -10°C.
Warwick Salt has the best quality salt on the market. This salt, sourced directly from the mine by our transporters, is drier and therefore lighter. It therefore offers you the possibility of increasing the volume per tonnage since it is much less humid, which results in cost savings.
