Tavor Organic Artichoke Seeds, Vesey’s
No cooling period required! Artichokes are usually perennial plants in the mediterranean, requiring the mild winters to produce harvestable buds, but Tavor has been bred to produce multiple buds during the first year of growth. When started early indoors, they will produce 6-7 firm, tight buds. This variety has been proven to yield early and grow successfully in Northern latitudes. Matures in 90-95 days.
