ADL Butter – 1 lb
ADL separates the rich cream from their fresh milk, pasteurizes the cream and churns it in large vats. The liquid that remains after churning (buttermilk) is removed, just the right amount of salt is added and then the solid butter is ‘worked’ to attain the correct moisture content. The finished butter is cut, wrapped and distributed throughout PEI and Atlantic Canada.
