Unique dumpling variety. Delicata unlike most winter squash does not need to be cured, it is ready to use right out of the garden. Each plant produces 5-7 very sweet 1-2 lb fruit each a perfect single serving size to bake or stuff. The skin is cream coloured with dark green longitudinal stripes or specks. 95-105 days to maturity.
