Q: Is there actual coffee inside?
A: Yes! It is 80% coffee. This is our espresso grind. A bold dark roast ground extra fine for your espresso machine.
Q: Is there as much caffeine as regular coffee?
A: Not quite as much. Since you are replacing some of the coffee beans with functional mushroom then you are consuming less caffeine. This is a great solution if you get the coffee jitters.
