Unique flavour and shape. Mad hatter is a unique pepper in flavour and shape. The mild fruit has a delicate floral scent, with a rich flavour that intensifies and sweetens as it matures. Novel three-sided shape peppers are produced on vigorous, bushy, 48” plants, with up to 40-50 peppers on each plant. AAS winner. Matures in 65-70 days for green, 85-90 days to ripe from transplant. Averages 500 SHU.
